We’re looking for an office administrator to help Divebell run smoothly and efficiently. We need someone who can help with scheduling group meetings, managing expense reports, booking and managing travel for employees, helping onboard new employees, coordinate the vacation calendar, assisting with ordering office supplies, etc. You’re expected to be professional and capable of managing workloads and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with spreadsheets, scheduling, and other office suite products is required
- Experience at a tech. startup is highly preferred
- A four-year degree program
This position is based in San Francisco.
